My point is that, though a creature quotes Scripture, doesn't mean he is leading you towards Christ. He could very subtly be a froward man whose intent is exactly the opposite .

How many verses of scripture did Satan quote in scripture? More than this guy, im sure! 😔 According to the Authorized King James Bible- the serpent spoke 46 words in Genesis 3. Then mentioning the temptation of Christ by the Devil in Matthew 4, and Luke 4 - the Devil is quoted speaking 77 words total. Jesus quoted from Deuteronomy 55 words to Satan.
