Lemmo really lacks on the history side of things, that's the only thing I miss about Mark (besides less reverb)

@@danielbrown8556 I preferred Mark as he seemed more natural, has more personality, knows more history and played more songs that were to my liking. To ve fair Lemmo was thrown into it when Mark left and so isn't so natural in front of the screen

Wow , what a cool guitar , 1956 incredible , not only does it look brand new , it sounds brand new , incredible , that last piece in particular was gorgeous , haunting , Brandon has a great touch , very well played , can't get over this guitar is 65 years old and still sounds like it was built yesterday , that's a well made instrument , thanks guys.

Switchmasters sound fantastic, very feedback proof for a fully hollow electric arch-top guitar. I remember Gibson wanted $300 for a replacement switch when these were again available when the Switchmaster was re-issued in the late 1990s...the reissue was only made for 8 or 9 years.

I used to own this guitar’s baby brother. The Epiphone Zephyr Blues Deluxe. It was awesome but I was having some financial challenges at the time which forced me to sell it. This video really makes me miss that guitar. So sorry I had to part with it. They are no longer in production but if anyone sees a used one for sale jump on it. You won’t be sorry.

The les paul usually steals all the attention (coming from a les paul fan) but Gibson hollow body and semi hollow body guitars are a thing of absolute beauty. And were at the forefront of the creation of modern blues, rock etc. Too bad not even Gibson really acknowledges this today.

Nice playing, Brandon. T-Bone most famously played a blonde ES-5, not a Switchmaster. ES-5 also has three P-90s so it sounds the same as a Switchmaster but without the individual tone controls and the big switch (duh). That big archtop body really informs the pickups. I lust after one of these. All I need is $11,000.00 and it's mine.

Y'all hot enough out there? 🌞🍹 Margaritas for everyone. 80mls clear tequila, 80mls triple sec, 40mls fresh squeezed lime juice. Add to a 16 oz shaker strainer glass full of ice. Two margarita glasses rimmed with salt, squeeze the rest of 1/4 lime wedge used for salt into glass and throw in lime wedge. Shake for full minute and strain into two glasses. Makes two wide shallow margaritas. Beautiful guitar.

Nice axe. Put the switch in "All" and turn on or off pickups with the volume knobs and get the other pickup combinations you would get on a strat.

To be honest with you I get tired of seeing the same guitars with minute differences (I am beginning to see Maton guys perspective in that sense!), I mainly watch GOTD for Lemmos playing. However, this was a breath of fresh air in terms of the explanation, and the playing too. Don't be afraid to switch of the reverb, Brandon, you play awesome. More please!

That is such a cool guitar, it approaches the tone on classical guitar and as demonstrated is well suited for such techniques. It seems to have gone out of tune after the first song. Tens of thousands for a flat-G on the 6th string merits a retake. The f# 9th on the villa-lobos work is much easier with the cutaway. Thank you for sharing that with us Brandon I’m sure this guitar will go to a lucky buyer
