So for more context on the Miko/Haachama thing, Miko really likes blondes, and has been pursuing Haachama, but also been flirting with Amelia off and on. Miko gave Ame that chest a while ago, and it had some nice things, but then Amelia used that chest... as a chest, and stored some very good things in it, like diamonds. To further complicate things, Miko had been shadowing Haachama the whole time, and so when Haachama thought Miko was two timing her, she went after her with intent to kill.

Honestly how much of a language you learn in that time really depends on your circumstances there, it wouldn't be super weird for Haachama to have lived in a somewhat closed off japanese community or have gone to a japanese school and mainly talked go japanese people while staying in aus. It can actually be pretty difficult to learn a language in that sort of environment especially since we don't know what level she was at before. So basically what I'm trying to say is we're not really in a position to judge her level of english or her progression while she was in aus 🤷‍♀️
