I remember marrying Nami in this game as a child, I was only what? 7? This was back in early 2004... and MY GOD those were such simpler times. We wake up, go to school and go home and just played this game, raise our farms, plants our crops... Try to win our waifu over.. Wow, im 26 now.. I can't believe its been 19 years since then.. So much Nostalgia.. no care in the world.. man sometimes I wish I can relive my childhood again.. Hope everyone who is a Fan of this game are doing well in life as well.

Same! I played Another Wonderful Life since I'm a girl. I had married Rock and he was okay. I never did finish the game however. Now that I'm older and wiser so to speak I appreciate a hard working man. So right now I'm playing it any trying to win Marlin's heart. I was introduced to emulators like a week ago, spent a couple days downloading all these old school games and gonna slowly go by them one by one. Man. Time does fly. I'm going to be 27 next year ugh. Hate it! Wish life was as simple and calm as this.

As I am listening to this I as sitting next to my woodstove with a cup of tea, my dog in front of it, that cat in the chair across from me, all whilst the fire crackles with the wind and rain outside. And hearing this sweet song again brings me back to those wonderful days of my youth and how that one game drove my passion to become a farmer, which I have done to a successful degree.

The Last Man Left Behind it is crazy how one video game can change your entire life. I have an entire patio full of plants I’m growing such as tomatoes, types of greens, cabbages, 5 different types of peppers, watermelon, cucumber etc etc. All of that stems from my childhood spending entire days and nights without sleep, learning about farming and animals from this game. When I have children one day they also will play this series of games.

I understand exactly what you mean. This was my favorite song for fall and winter... The serene atmosphere was really peaceful, especially on rainy days. I remember when I was suffering with insomnia back in 2012... This song along with a rainy background is what made me fall asleep many, many times. That gave it an even more special place in my memory.

I rented this game from our local Blockbuster Video. My brother got the latest Resident Evil, but I had to plead my case to my mom to let me get this game. I fell in love with it, especially Another Wonderful Life. I started playing every Hatvest Moon I could and then Story of Seasons. I always found the games relaxing, especially since I have been battling depression, anxiety and a whole hoarde of mental issues while being trapped in a city. But I'm happily engaged to a wonderful man who happens to be a farmer, and I've never been happier! :>

Now this really takes me back, back to when I used to play Another Wonderful Life nonstop. I actually wasn't fond of the original song that plays on your farm so I switched it out for this and every in-game day I just wanted to stay on the farm and just listen to it play. Man, when it would rain and this was still playing was the best thing in the whole world for me.

I have four words to say “I love this game!”❤️❤️❤️ it was the first game I remember playing, I was four when I got this game and I instantly fell in love with it❤️ i remember waking up at 4:00 am just to turn on my game cube and play this. This brings back so much positive memories and thoughts❤️ I wish that the will be a game that leads up to this one cause this game is #1 on my list and it has to be one of the best games ever or at least in my eyes, I would like to say so much more about this game but I would go on how perfect this game is, from free will to the music to just the lovable characters that we all fell in love with❤️ like I said I love this game and I always will have terrific and loving memories of it❤️

My favorite Harvest Moon game, period--and I played both Backed to Nature and Save the Homeland first (both great games too), and I still prefer AWL. Nami was my favorite girl in the entire HM series. She was so unique. I want it to be 2004 again!

I completed this game. My character died. I cried. I realized the game was over. It was the most satisfying yet horrific experience ever in gaming for me. I decided to get a life after that for myself. I was like 12 or something lol. Got a girlfriend a year later and got really into exploring nature. Im 30 now. Take me back.

I still remember how I accidentally sold this theme to Romana. I was a shit player, still young, knows no shit about selling items by shipping them cause I didn't know english. Piss poor. I ended up finding out that I could open a stall underneath the tree beside the bar. Always go there every day to scrap some money selling scraps and dairy products. Romana and Sebastian are my best customers. Idc what I sold as long as I could scrap some money. One day, I just sold the disk to Romana because she asked for it.

I have complex feelings about this song.
