Summary: Wulfrik the Wanderer leads an army of 5,000 Norscans to invade and plunder many settlements, prompting Aelrindel the Enchanted to lead an army of 8,000 Snow Elves to defend their settlement from the Norscans. In the end, Wulfrik was defeated, but the Snow Elves were heavily outmatched and are forced to retreat.

I know there are/were Snow Elves in the Elder Scrolls but had never heard of them in Warhammer. Would make a good fan fiction faction or even someday an actual Lore created tribe/kingdom.

@@IceniTotalWar re; Elder Scrolls: by skyrim, snow elves are considered extinct/devolved into the falmer. But there is 1 genuine snow elf that you can meet in game (vanilla skyrim)

It's very rare I see the formations of the two armies and can figure out who would win. Then I come to this and see "Okay, Snow Elves have 5 Gryphon riders, Nosca have 12 War Mammoths, 2 giants, a Dragon and a shit-ton of lycans. Yeah the elves are going to get there shit kicked in."

I see this as something that probably happened in skyrim. Between the nords and the snow elves.

It didn't just probably happen, there was a major war between the Snow Elves and the Nords soon after the Nords arrived in Tamriel. There was a great elven hero in that battle, who nearly turned a defeat into victory, but on his death, the snow elves were completely routed. I'm not sure which lore-book tells about this story, though! XD

For reference, it was the war between the Nords and the Snow Elves that was the catalyst for the downfall of the snow elves, and their enslavement/alteration at the hands of the Dwemer, and thus the creation of the Skyrim era Falmer from their descendants.

@@EagleScoutmano I already know the lore between the nords and snow elves. The snow prince was killed by a little nordic girl. Threw her mother's sword at him and killed him. Found that to be funny. A badass snow elf prince taking down the best nordic warriors one by one was killed by a little nord girl. But i like how the nords gave the snow prince respect. Says they buried him with treasures and wrapped him with the best silk or something instead of just burning the body.

I see flying units fights ground units by lowering themselves to the ground. YYYYYYY?? its like seeing a F-15 jet, fight a tank on the ground. YYYYYY??

Because almost all flying units in Warhammer don't have the ability to attack ground units from air. And most of all, there's a rule in battles in this game. If one side have only flying units left, they must land them, or battle will be lost. Otherwise, battle will be impossible at all.

I have a rtx 3070 and ryzen 5 5600x at 1080p and similar battles (7k units each side) drops my FPS down to less than 20 in TWWII and even worse in TW Attila. I have seen your MK 1212AD videos and in general I also perceive quite smooth cinematics.

Yes and no. There are a sect of Wood elves called the 'Atylwyth' that live in the north up in the ice and snow. But these are depicted as High elves, who don't have a presence in the old world militarily. So not exactly.
