You have a good crew but the man in the black hoodie knows whats up. He's gotta be your best man. I'm 30 years old & have been paving since I graduated, like him I operate the skid-steer (NewHolland L225) and do all the grade work with it, among many other tasks on the crew including running the wheel on the paver (BlawKnox PF4410) I taught our roller operator after running it for 6 years (CAT CB224) and then switching back to the wheel/grade work. Nice looking work, you got my sub.

Paved an entire parking lot in 20 degrees Fahrenheit last week. Wasn’t fun. Especially when the mix comes from an hour away

i hate doing patch work. For me my boss would have made the drive patch bigger so we wouldnt have to cut the yard. would ve gone to the concrete and past the dotted line AND run string lines. But my boss is really anal about stuff.

We paved this Halloween here in PA as well, on a little commercial lot that took about 80 tons. Miserable. Had a couple residential jobs to do but pushed I pushed em' back to spring. We lost our decent weather here early this year. Time for cold patch season.
@dennisebrown96665 жыл бұрын
Now that would not fly here any roadway spec for city or county requires two lifts with a compaction rating of 92 percent,.
@leebee8165 жыл бұрын
We did put 2 lifts on the street patch . The 2nd one was just on a condominium parking lot

Your truck needs a pocket to pull from..... I would have made the driver shovel that shit around . Lol I hate running off the truck like that.... I would put diesel on that skid steer bucket back blade then touch up with some out the bucket . But nice job !!! Good luck this year !!!! #BLACKGOLD

@Gladly1246 жыл бұрын
i love that you dump a big pile (my crew won't) i know you hafto because your truck doesn't have any gates but im suprized the skid-steer operator didnt jump in the kubota and push it around a little before everyone got in there. somretimes u can actually get it really close=minimal raking if you're good enough..and i think mister black hoodie could pass in a pinch ;) great work guys!
