North Fork Payette River Kayaking - Lower 5 - 1600 CFS - Banks, ID

The Lower 5 on the North Fork Payette River! Awesome big water feel, all roadside allowing for easy laps. Thanks to Preston Woods for taking me on my first lap, and Matt Adams, Wes Schrek, Lauren Megaw and Eric Mount for taking me down for additional laps!
The Lower 5 is the easiest of the three sections on the North Fork Payette in Banks. It starts with Hounds Tooth, and runs all the way to Banks, ID. The "Warm Up" run on the North Fork starts at Hounds Tooth and ends at Otter Slide.
