The donut shaped is called Vada and the other curry was with uthappam. But let me correct u About North Indian cuisine - North Indian platter has lots of other things also. Its not about Nov veg. North Indian Veg thali should have ordered 😊. It has, Daal, chawal, Tandoori/ lachcha paratha/butter roti/ Puro , mix veg sabzi, paneer (50+ varities hoti he Paneer ki nahi 😂). Aachar, papad, salad n lot more 😋😋. Likhte-2 muh me pani aa gaya. N yes, any sweet item they add like, Gulab jamun / moti chur laddo/ Ras malai/ Halwa/ any Bengali sweet etc. Lots of love from India 🥰😊.

That donut thing is called vada and that should be eaten with sambar and that white coconut chutney. That katti red liquid is called rasam that should be taken with rice. u really missed onion uttapam. I thing u left it in that shopper. Didnt take it out . I think that would have been wonderful and these guests would have explained the different dishes while pronouncing them properly. Coconut chutney is white eaten with dosa and wada. The curry type is called Sambar, which is basically like khatti Dal soup. You soak the dosa, wada, idli in Sambar and chutney and eat it. Idli is type of soft white rice cake, soak it in sambar and chutney.. The brown donut like thing is wada. Onion uttapam is the thicker type of dosa. You mixed up😅

Shan Tandoori Masala makes the Chicken this Red. I dont roast it or put oil in it. Just Yoghurt and Masala, Marinate and Cook it on low heat for sometime and then dry the water. Put coal to enhance the taste. So a very healthy food option.
