During the pandemic, when eating out became a big problem, Tzuyang ordered take out/delivery food that she cooked herself at home. Although the results, as she admitted, were not as good if eaten in the resto, the important thing is that she supported them. She announced where the food was comting from and how you can get it. To me, it shows that she always, always support the small business owners in anyway she can. On rare occasions where she can dine out, she always looked for all the places that are open on limited hours and seating capacity.

I just recently found the white woodear mushrooms in the market(dried) I had never had them before and love mushrooms so I bought a big bag of them. They were labeled Tremella mushrooms or cloud mushrooms and white wood ear . For those who have never had them they have a wonderful flavor very much like the spring morels here in Michigan US. The texture is a bit different but lovely in stirfry and soup but I floured them and fried in butter they were so yummy. This hot pot looks so yummy and I sit her having grilled cheese with bacon lol. Lovrly video.
