North Malay Basin - Phase 4 Project: KGA Jacket Successful Loadout onto Barge

The KGA jacket structure was loaded out onto barge successfully and safely. Another great achievement by the team down at the Sapura Lumut Fabrication Yard in Malaysia.
Hess is an established operator and key gas supplier to Peninsular Malaysia and Thailand. The Hess-operated North Malay Basin is a development of 10 discovered gas fields in the Malay Basin. Phase 1 of full field development achieved first gas in 2017, just three years after sanction. Full field development Phase 1 achieved first production gas in 2017, Phase 2 achieved first gas in 2019 and both Phase 3 and Phase 4 achieved first gas in 2022.
