Wow 😳 I have the same set up in my chart lol. I use Placidus, so even tho Pisces rules my 9H, my 8H is intercepted by Pisces - my Sun is literally in that little sliver lol I am currently looking for a new job. School has crossed my mind, but I’m in my mid 30s… I feel like I’m too old to go back. However I am casually studying French.

I use Placidus so even tho I’m a Leo Rising, I had to watch the Cancer Rising portion lol My 8H is intercepted by Pisces for a couple degrees, so while the North Node transits starts there, it’ll finish in my 9H.

For lack of a better wording, it’s the top of your chart and it’s always in the tenth house. Research further on astrology books or websites if you’re interested.

If you’re using whole sign house system the Midheaven can be in a variety of houses (usually 8th, 9th, 10, 11th). The 10th house and your Midheaven represent career and public recognition. However, I like to think of the 10th as the corporate office and the Midheaven as your corner office. The house and sign (among many other techniques) can tell you a lot about career paths/desires.
