I have never been hit so hard in then chest. You truly are speaking to my soul. I have been holding on so hard to ownership. I want to let go. Wow i always have an urge to buy and then it never truly makes me happy after. My life is somewhat stagnant, and im an introverted homebody 😯 i began my journey of letting go (before i even knew about the nodes) when i met my ex bf a year and a half ago. Wow! The Universe works in strange ways. A. Last month made my first overseas trip to Ireland/Northern Ireland. The energy I felt was overwhelming. B. I can relate to much of what you said. I have problems centered around push/pull feelings with the occult or "hidden knowledge." I get into certain things like practicing with clairvoyance, but it gets too intense, threatens my security (people may react badly) so I back away, hide my real interests, feel terrible hiding, end up just avoiding people so I don't have to lie about what I'm really curious about and working on learning. Just looking for the Truth...I'd like to say "no matter what it costs," but sometimes the cost is so damn high. Right, so why not just go back to repetitious living, cooking, Taurus comforts.

A lot of what you said resonates with me, especially the part about listening to others' advice and asking for help. Fun thing is that I am not secretive and don't mind sharing my problems with anyone but I always feel guilty afterwards and just the thought of asking for help makes me wanna hide in my room. Listening to advice is sometimes hard for me too because I operate on the thought that everyone experiences things differently and that's why one should do whatever they think is best for themselves. (I also have my moon in Aries and a strong Uranus which adds to this .. um.. "rebel" side of mine :D ). Routines and comfort zones are sometimes a bit of a problem of mine too, but here my Aries moon helps me a bit, I think, because I often get bored with things and want to try something new. Working on these issues has been a fun experience though and I hope that I'll be able to find the balance someday. p.s. my placement is in the 1st house

Uhh so true. I have found this fight within my self of truly enjoying my comfort zone. Pure laziness and hedonism. But then the most overwhelming anxiety because I feel some huge urge to do something so transformative to my self and society, but then getting overwhelmed by fulfilling this that I submit to my comfortable lifestyle. Only times I have been successful for a good round was shaving my head, getting rid of most of my things, letting everything go, surviving off soylent. I guess we are really all or nothing kind of people. But it's funny you bring up massage. I just started massage therapy school bc I figured I would work hard if it allowed me to be in a place of luxury, beauty and healing. And now I find I'm working my ass off(but really missing my lazy days about now XD) So good luck everyone with this placement. Please fight against your stubborn nature and break this cycle. This was so true for me. Overall I have a lot of stubborn positions, (Taurus Sun and Rising squared to a Leo Moon conjunct with Mars, squared to Pluto, Capricorn Midheaven, etc). For me being a Scorpio NN, my biggest question for everything is WHY. I am far past the possessions, I have built my life up pretty well a few times in terms of stability and it has always come crashing down in the most ridiculous unforseen ways. (Maybe I am not listening as you mentioned, but....). Anyway, my motto has always been "I do what I want" but in good intent as always, what I want to do is nothing but good. I was sitting here listening to your friend smoking the cigarette inside and relighting it against the rules and being told to stop while thinking, wow thats crazy, why would she do that. Then 10minutes later it hit me I have been doing something similar with my mom since I was very little... I chew my finger nails until I get to deep skin, and she has always been telling me to stop, pulling my fingers out and sometimes even making a scene in public because I said no, or walked away from her and continued to do it, until I bleed even. Well... I understand why to stop, its a subconsciously pleasurable habit, and sometimes I admit I was continuing just because I do NOT like to be told what to do. As I get older, I love to be told what to do, provided there is a why. I love to learn the MOTIVE of everything as you mentioned... but stubbornness and making things harder is just at my core. My conscious self wants to make everything easier and I do feel as I get closer to my Saturn return (I am almost 27), I find these conscious behaviors beginning to be come more subconscious behaviors as well. Yeah I could write a lot on this. Ive been studying astrology for 13 years now (since 13yo) and somehow missed the NN/SN placement... sure wish I came across this earlier. Great video, thanks for sharing. One thing Ive read elsewhere for NN Scorpio is learning through crisis which seems to be very prevalent for me and my peers with NN in Scorpio. We always just figured bad luck and never knew why... but we seem to attract difficult or unfortunate situations because we are powerful and can handle it to the point where now reaching our 30s, we just laugh and plow through it. We do like challenge for sure.

Wow! Everything is spot on, accept following the counsel of others. I was in an abusive relationship for 4 years. Several of my friends advised me to leave; I was afraid of being homeless, so that's why I stayed for so long. The only reason I finally left (because none of those telling me to leave, were offering a place to stay, except one person). But, she failed to check her lease, which indicated me staying beyond 2 weeks would have gotten us both kicked out on the street. Long story short, I ended up homeless anyway :/ Yay, Saturn retrograde. --- I have seen this pattern of people's advice blowing up in my face when I follow it, happen over and over again, to the point where, I have trust issues (but there's a LOT more that comes from). --- So, I'd say yeah, if my Saturn were direct, allowing people's advice to help, probably would work. Northnode in Scorpio 3rd house. The confusing thing has been that true node-real node calculations gave both north node in Scorpio 29th and Sagittarius 1st degree. I think because of my settings on Astro.com I have been believing for a long time my nodes were in the latter also because I'm a teacher and come from a very chatty family. Only recently Im more and more sure Scorpio-Taurus is mostly fitting to my personality and life path. Thank you your video is very helpful, I recognize myself in it a lot.

I’m a little confused by mine. My Scorpio north node is in my 2nd house, which is ruled by Taurus. Yet, my Taurus south node is in my 8th house which is ruled by Scorpio. So, which karmic issues (Scorpio or Taurus) should I be striving to resolve?

that book aint help me lol, but ur right , the difference is our 8th house is ruled by venus and our 2nd house is ruled by mars , so our north node in scorpio 2nd house is money or resourses for passion , while our 8th house of shared resourses in taurus south node is material values using other ppl shit lol or sharing our own , so in this life im guessing we gotta focus on making money(2nd house) thru our passion (mars/scorpio) instead of being obsessed with material values (taurus/venus) thru other ppl resourses or shared resourses (8th house)

NN Scorpio 11th HOuse, SN Taurus 5th House conjunct Jupiter - my life has been unstable my entire life. I had a decade of stability. I have practiced pretty much every spiritual; practice or at least dabbled in it. I spent six months studying in an ashram last year and I've never felt happier. There is part of me that would love to just spend years in that ashram away from the world. Ive been told Im hard-headed and that is true. I've just seen so much destruction in my life that I chose to figure things out on my own - my family wasn't stable. So yeah, to everything you said.

❤️ I've never related to an aspect or description of it so much! Thank you so much for this 😊I'm a Cancer Sun, cancer moon and north node in aquarius in the 8th house and I also have aquarius here! I have Mars and venus in leo in my second along with the south node which is such a challenging mix! I can definitely agree on trying to fill a void with nice things, but they never really bring me happiness for too long. I find I am happiest when making deep connections with people, especially romantically, but I tend to attract the wrong types towards me a lot. Is having your North node in the 8th similar to North node in scorpio? Like having the energies of Scorpio and aquarius combined? I'm sure it's making for an interesting mix 😂My mum is an Aquarian so I don't know if this has something to do with it been placed in aquarius! I can relate to your friend also, contentment is what I strive for most and spirituality is such a big part of my life and anything related to the mystical side of life! I like to struggle on before asking others for help as I feel like I'm a burden to them, but I'm getting better at opening up and sharing my concerns!
