That's what I do every time I get something to feed my family is take a bite of the heart give thanks to the animal and also bring luck for the next hunt. I also learned a new one I recently started doing is giving them a last meal before processing the kill

This was a 6.5 creedmoor. This fall we will be running a 6.5 PRC for our wives and kids. The rest of us will be running 300 prc, 7 prc, and 300 wby.

I enjoyed the video S7E23. The reason I gave it a thumbs down is because of the poor Hunter Safety. That young man had his gun pointing down and many times I witnessed the barrel pointing at the man in front of him. There should've been a sling on that full sized rifle for that growing young man. Having no sling, created that un-safe condition. Happy Trails!

I guided for years, the amount of anxiety you create for any hunting with you is crazy, calm is not in your vocabulary. I would have never done that to a client.
