Great song! I love that you used Beethoven's melody and Van Dyke's lyrics of the classic hymn. Very cool. I'm just curious why you chose to change the original language from "we" and "us" to "me" and "I"? It seems so much more powerful when the church can sing in collective worship with inclusive language. Was it very intentional or just your preference?
