Vagrants would be a good guess In my states largest city vagrants/squatters have started over 800 structure fires since Jan 1 It's so bad there is now a dedicated Engine just to respond to fires started by them

yea my video camera died and so much was going on i just grabbed my phone. I was also shooting still photos with my dslr at the same time.

Not sure why anyone would get excited about an abandoned multi with no exposures. Yelling & running at a fire scene are not professional behaviors unless life or limb are at immediate risk.

POS built mid-19th century. Vacant for a long time & probably not rehab-able before burning. It's a fair bet the empty lots on each side contained similar buildings that burned down or were demolished.
