North York Moors Railway - Grosmont, The Workshops and Goathland.

Carmar's cameras out and about again on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway ( NYMR ). This time we are at Grosmont, Grosmont Depot and Goathland. In the yards were Battle of Britain Class Locomotive 92 Squadron , Eric Treacy , Repton , Black Five , among others.

The maintenance yard looks like a buisy site. Good to see engines oily and sooty, a sign they are being worked and maintained. Not static showpieces.

I miss riding on the train to Pickering from Grosmont.I haven't been on a train since September 2019 and that was the last day of the gala, and the last steam locomotive I was on was the Union of South Africa
