I don't think it was out of focus that much, looks more like motion blur, you probably had too slow shutter speed

It used to be like that in Sweden, now the owner gets the fine since the owner is responsible for the car and who drives is.

Thats not true, Police need to be able to identify the driver and only the driver can get the ticket. Google it, says so on the police website. The owner will be questioned about who is driving tho.

Swedgang! 17:20 They have actually changed that recently. If the driver cannot be identified, the ticket goes to the vehicle owner. Before it was like you described.

You shoot in Raw mode on your camera to get a Raw file

I usually send with g-mail which automatically converts a large file into a Google drive link.

You're right about the cameras and face here in Sweden, and it auto matches you to your license, so if you don't have a license, they're not gonna ticket you. No license perks gang.

Speed cameras aren't as common in the USA but a lot of times you can dispute the ticket by saying it wasn't you if your face isn't in it
