They cranked so hard! Satin Dolls was in Ft Washington. I was a Freshman in high school so could only dream about going to a gogo with a top-10 gogo band. I heard this show was super packed. Also the ceilings were fairly low in this establishment, hence, the tight acoustics captured on tape.

This how NEG needs to hit in 2023 because they sound like a totally different band in current day. What Band sounds more like NEG than 2023 NEG does.

I wonder why we never got a PA from JYB of this show, I would've loved to hear how JY played after NEG because this is prolly NEG best show sound wise of 96, just to think Stompdog is prolly like a month in playing with NEG at this time too

Was the Satin Doll a club? First tape I ever got was a junk tape, no date and it said Satin Ball, early 90’s
