I'm a tamilian from Chennai. I've always had this emotional connect with North East cause my mum had stayed in Mizoram for a small portion of her life in her younger days, and she always had good things to say about the place and the people. The North East isn't well represented in most common Indian interests, Bollywood, cricket etc.. And I never liked it when people know less about em and treated em like they're not Indian. Now I hope that with the ISL picking up steam and with the NE United team launched, that will change for sure. People will see the culture and the passion of the North East in a better light.. This is just one kick ass song.. I've fallen in love with the power of 8 concept.. The name the logo, everything is superb about NEU. Though I'll be supporting Chennaiyin FC with gusto.. NE United will be that team that I secretly desire to see doing well.. Good luck guys..!
