Ong! The kids fall everywhere. They fall on wall and near circle. Had my first time skating with kids and the only good thing it that it forced me to work harder at not falling, since it was my second day skating. I quickly got off floor though. I don’t like skating when kids are on.

A lot of West Coast and Mid West skaters have those type of shoes. I had never seen them until I went to CA for work and went to the skating rink and everybody was wearing them. I felt out of place with my Riedell skates. That following Monday I went and bought me some black and white Stacey Adams and took them to the Sk8 Fanatics in LA and they hooked me up.

I'm from the UK. The skate scene is still there in various boroughs of London, alot of it is outdoor events.. Alot of folk's wearing bauer ice hockey boot's that have been converted... Myself included. More folks are riding rhythm/artistic skates now though.

I’ve known him for a few years now and man.. he’s taught me SO MUCH. He has one rule and that is: “there are NO rules.” The rink is almost like a freeway, every car has its lane, don’t panic behind the wheel, you’ll lose track of your car. Man that takes me back..... So Cal down south use to have a ton of rinks, but they're all gone now.... The rink in my hometown The Ups and Downs was finally torn down to make way for a car wash. But when I was a teen.... Every Friday and Saturday night we were on it. Those two in the video have that speed and control that makes skating so much fun. Great job on the filming as well. Awesome.
