Chinese people love sharing their food and their culture. It's good to be understanding if you look a lot different than the locals (i.e. not Asian ancestry like you) but they're by far, generally welcoming. I'm white, wife is naturalized US citizen and we had a great time with 90+% of locals in China. The variety in breadth and depth of Chinese cuisine is mindblowing. Befriend the locals and they will give you the culinary experience of a lifetime. I would be honored to extend the same courtesy when they visit us. Thank goodness there's a lot of walking or else we'd gain a lot of weight. Thanks for sharing such an interesting experience with us.

We hired a consultant and unfortunately they advised for us to get the frozen ramen mass produced would cost us 60K at least just to start. We don’t have that money, so unfortunately we are stalled indefinitely. I know I’m sorry :(

I’m so sorry, things have stalled because of the massive cost just to start manufacturing it at scale. The upstart cost is 60K USD which we don’t have. Right now we are stalled indefinitely. Wish there could be a solution :(
