I am an Australian, I simply find this magnificent. I have watched many of the Northern Cree singers videos as well as others. The vocal strength, energy, beat and passion given to each song is electrifying. I know if tried to sing like that I wouldn't be able to speak for a month.

Eh no? Did humanity brought these people to genocide? I have nothing against Kelley but saying saying that this is her heritage as white is just disrespectful.

"It is already yours" oh shut up
@anotherpotato89495 жыл бұрын
@@HannesGlans Wait all three of you have no idea what you are talking about, just stop let the woman enjoy if she wants too. commenting like you have the slightest idea of how native americans feel about sharing their culture is disrespectful.
@TheMusicCritic1011015 жыл бұрын
Kelly, enjoy it, let it feed you back to your roots. Go back to your ancestry. Your ancestors have something to share with you. If they aren't from this continent (which I'm assuming they're not) look to where they are from. ALL cultures on earth have great variance, and depth, and roots in where they are from, from the land. Sadly, white folks in this country, our heritage is rooted in the domination of this land and the domination of people. Go back to your roots my friend. Go to the ancestry that had their culture because it was where their family was from. This music is for us to enjoy, but it is not for us to take as our own. As sons and daughters of the colonists, we must look back to the old continent for our roots.
