Your video I watched right before this said you should align your knocking knuckles when gripping the bat but I didn't see that at all in this video. your punching knuckles were lined up with your knocking knuckles. Which is correct?

Brand new to coaching, I’m looking at your foot work. Would it be dumb to make a board with outlines of feet showing where they stand? I see 3 movement s….. 1 your feet are straight , 2 the front laces face the pitcher, 3, squish the bug. Would that be a bad thing to use?

3:29 could that be the reason why after a while my back shoulder started to hurt bad after swinging so many times?

Good stuff, but l have comment regarding your use of the term “load”. In your video you clearly are loading or gathering your weight rearward, but you’re also striding forward or unloading. Yet you say nothing about the “positive” move where you release the backside energy buildup. Why the ommission? Whether you can”load to launch”, or “load/stride”, or “load/unload”, it’s a two part move. Yes, you say “load”, but then you stride with no mention of the movement. If l was a new coach or player, l’d be confused by what is said vs. what is actually done. Your thoughts please.

I slow motioned my 10 year old sons swing and his form is very good but he still has trouble connecting with the ball. I had my oldest son pitch to him so I could watch his swing from the side. He is constantly swinging under the ball when he misses it...do you have any suggestions? Or is there something I particularly need to look at in his swing? Im his teams travel baseball hitting coach but Im baffled

What about dropping hands at toe touch on the way to the ball
@NorthernBaseballTraining3 жыл бұрын
Same thing. You should keep your hands up until you make a heel connection and after you start your hips
