Hello Warriors from the North. I worked Heavy equipment for 45 years. In my youth I jumped off machines regularly. As I got older i stopped doing the jumping, not because I got injured, but beause it was possibility . Sprained ankles and broken foot bones are no joke, and they are painful. All the blessings to you both for the hard work you do everyday, that a lot of us no longer do. Love your channel and almost cannot believe that I have been following for over 3 years. Gee;;; I was expectiong to hear a great tale about going to Florida and basking in the sun on the beaxh;;;;lol;;;;durn iit Heather;;;glad ya on the mend;;;I think you will be feeling that for awhile;;;for me it took up to 6weeks for healing to be done;;;easy to resprain until all muscles have repaired and got stronger;;;well we be giving a thumbs up on the mend and be waiting for the next one

👍👍👍👍👍👌great to hear was a sprain and not more serious, but a sprain is sometimes harder to heal than a fracture, but try not to push yourself Heather, I have heard good things about the air boot, any way hope your ankle heals up, and you will be patient enough to let it heal you both are hard workers, and your work procedures are always on the safe side, but a hidden hole ,bit you. hope all is well !!!

I had to laugh when you said the doctor and xrays were free. In no way were they free. Enormous taxes paid by you have merely prepaid for the treatment. You were just lucky they took you for the treatment and didn't make you drive miles away to get it or make you wait hours for it. I'm glad Heather's foot is better!
