Fridge ...there is a circuit board at the rear usually with a black plastic cover, when it's not working from 12v it's blown the 20 amp fuse on the board.

Yes get it checked out, could be a simple fix.

look at little Ali Chieee. we have an old 05 Kontiki and when the money is there we are going to upgrade to a 12v compressor but they are not cheap. have loved this series. we very nearly went to Spain about the same time as you but changed our mind at the last minuet. thank god, we missed the floods. instead we did hook of Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland and France and the weather was amazing. looking forward to the next chapter and the warmer weather. safe and happy travels to you both + Chico xx

if youre going to Dieppe, you'll be sailing to Newhaven so you'll be next to my old town of Seaford before I moved to Spain. the east side of Seaford seafront before the cliffs used to be fine for overnights - i don't know if it still is so if you have no plans, there might be fine for an overnight but check first..
