When NL plays, say, Binding of Isaac, I sometimes want him to lose, because it'd more entertaining. I find myself either wanting a loss or not caring, just going for what's more entertaining. So, that said... I have never rooted harder for NL than I did in this episode. Our man is back.

Gonna pause in my binge of this series to say my favorite part of this video was looking at the facecam and seeing just how jazzed you were at the pure snappage of the jester. Was a beautiful thing to watch both in dice and in the excitement and fun of snapping enemies into oblivion. Glad you had a bunch of fun here. Ok on to the next video!

I don't know why he thinks removal is bad now. Upgrade boop remove bop (and any booster pack cards that get in the way) , don't take juggling ball or nudge, upgrade duplicate and take inventor only. It seems complicated on paper but it's done wonders for me.

well yeah, if you were the keymaster why wouldn't you try unlocking everything before playing your dice somewhere else? it seems to me that the game just doesn't show the times when the enemy tries one place and it doesn't work. i'm open to correction though (:

Iuy Yui hey did you ever think that’s the intention of the game? It’s a pseudo game show where in the end even if you win you always lose. Why wouldn’t the enemies cheat in game when they have the chance?

Blind on enemies works differently. They know the dice's value & they use it accordingly, but the dice is rerolled before the equipment is resolved. This usually causes the enemy to play suboptimally (as if it was a real player using blinded dice). The quirk with keymaster is that he can normally only unlock 1-2 keyblades per turn, as he's limited by his initial dice roll. But if that dice was blinded, each time he uses an equipment, it's rerolled into a different value, helping him unlock the rest of his keyblades.

I know he won, but can someone explain to me why NL REFUSES to check what upgraded boop does? Or has he already seen it and foolishly thought it was bad. I just don't understand him.

It's probably just an assumption that the basic cards aren't worth upgrading, learned from STS or something. I had that assumption until i read here that the boop upgrade was real good, and now it's frustrating me too that he hasn't noticed that. Btw, he isn't refusing... it's not like someone is telling him to check and he won't even give them the 3 seconds required (comments that he hasnt read obviously dont count). Saying it that way paints an overly negative picture, and I get the incentive to do so because you're frustrated, but just be nice ok? At least lambaste him for the things he actually does, not the things he doesn't.

He checked all the starting cards' upgrades in his first jester video & decided that upgrading his booster cards were more important. Since he didn't do it in his first run, he internalized that "upgrading basic carsa is bad" & never even considered it in his later runs.

It's cause snap's effect is to place the highest valid dice into the thing, and duplicate's effect is to spit out 2 of whatever was put in. Also, this is irrelevant, but my inner cs nerd is screaming that it's not duplicate(duplicate(null)). That would be if you put the result of the first duplicate into the second duplicate.
