I'm no gardener, but I believe that the ideal distance between poplar trees is 25-30 feet apart. Once they reach maturity at 12-15 years that's the space you need to let their canopy spread fully.

NL, quick tip on foliage: nature is random. Putting the exact same tree outlining a single ride and then using another for a different ride just makes it look like you're sectioning them off. Space them out, use multiple trees of varying height and color (use tall trees sparingly to make them pop), don't just line the queue with them and it'll look better.

Loving the trees, but I can guarantee that it will look 10 times better if you make trees look like natural clusters, ideally with bushes and grass too. ALSO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, decorate open spaces in the park with tree clusters to avoid the "Kansas after tornado" look.

Added note: You could make some small tree cluster blueprints so you can plop down some nature without having to do too much work.

expensive entrance fee and have relatively cheap rides like $5 and make 2 types of profit. Also make a centralized food court in the middle of your oval and have the food court branch out in all 4 directions

I would like the series more if you had an actual theme to your park. You know like Malf is paying homage to Canadian history? Something like that, although copying him would be lame. You have said, the management aspects of the game aren't all that great, the cool part is being creative. And just plopping down rides to tick boxes and get money isn't very creative.

NL if you hit x when you have an object out it turns on advanced moving, and you can toggle between an x/y/z movement and x/y/z rotations if you hit x again. it helps to line objects up bc you can move the camera and the object will stay stationary

Another way to add to queue rating: Speakers-- ambient noise / music. Your Cosmic Cow could have "sunk into" the building better if you clicked to add it to the building first. Also, you could have bought a second "Chief Beef", edited the building, deleted the chief beef and replaced it with cosmic cow. I do that a lot with the 2-store cosmic cow building adding a food stand to it as well.
