Kory is right, Bran Flakes are super underrated. I go crazy for 'em, eat it almost every single day. Makes for a nice midnight snack. Tastes great, very filling and super good for you! Also, because the only satisfying amount of cereal is "too much cereal", and they're always the cheapest thing at the supermarket, you can just smash half a box in one go for, like, literally pennies basically. Bran flakes rule, dude.

I was in grandpa mode the other day at the store and I realized the typical kiddie cereals have basically the same calories as the most basic corn flakes you can find As long as you don't add like chocolate stuffing in there (obviously) most cereals are surprisingly equal when it comes to calories (around 360-390kcal for 100g, that's a lot! and you have to add milk to that!)
