We had this kinda stores in Hungary in the 1980s. They were called "intertourist" stores. Everybody, who had western money was allowed to buy goods here. Watches, jewelry, electronics, clothings and sweets were sold.

There is probably no heating in the building. In North Korean footage that I saw before, both a university student studying in a library and a young woman working in a garment factory were wearing furry jumpers. Moreover, the employees of the garment factory wore light uniforms over collared jumpers.

Walking everywhere. Old and in pain, still walking. Stairs everywhere. Climbing up and down, and walk, run, climb and walk. Burn those calories, take long times to get places and stay hungry. Have fun living on the 30th floor when the power goes out 12 hours or more a day and there is no lift, just a dark crowded stairway. Don't bother buying a refrigerator. Te people in the store looked like they wanted to rip someones face off, in their new 1990s K-Mart apparel.

Gdyby nie kilkukrotna olbrzymia pomoc żywnosciowa z USA w czasie głodów to wymarłaby tam połowa. A Kim i reszta zbrodniarzy dobrze wiedzą z jakiego powodu maja embargo. Pławią się w zbytkach i ciągle wojna im się marzy. A naród głoduje. Ta, KRL "się rozwija" ... to nawet smieszne nie jest

проблема в том, что проезд далеко не всем по карману, поэтому так много пешеходов на длинные дистанции. Лица у взрослых уставшие, грустные. Одежда в основном единообразная. Но люди живут - и многие наверняка другой жизни себе не представляют.

Hello Alexander ,I watched,as always,a very interesting film, by Arimaki.I also wrote my comment.I reminded you of my city Łódź from that period,I've.the 1990 s, when the city was practically in decline, the entire textile industry was destroyed, now we have facilities pay little taxes and have cheap labor.Best Regards 💕 and wish You all The Best 🌹.
