Pastors notes Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. The realm of victory we have as believers is a tremendous blessing! God wants us to understand it and live in response to it. 1. It is the place of no condemnation. Romans 8:1-3; John 5:24; Romans 7:24-25. 2. It is the place of clear contrasts. Romans 8:4-9; Galatians 5:16, 18; Romans 8:5-6. a. For the lost, eternity in Hell, separated from God. Romans 6:23; John 3:18. b. For those of us who are saved, it is a life that withers and dries up. John 15:5-6; Romans 8:7-9. 3. It is the place of great privilege. Romans 8:10-14; 1 Corinthians 6:19; Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 8:10-11. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
