Oddly enough, the singer is from a place called Kalinga. I said "oddly" because there is also a Kalinga in India. Sissiwit means bird, and the song is actually a bit suggestive if you have some naughty inkling, however, he sings of the noble act of protecting his pet bird and asks strangers to approach it with caution.
