What beauty and sustainability she's made of her and her family's 1 acre piece of land! I love how the hornbeam hedges not only differentiate one garden "room/space" from the other, but how it shelters the plants from the wind, and gives privacy for each garden room. And was that chamomile plant she had growing there humongous?!! I didn't know they could get that big! And it was just smothered in those small white flowers. Really like that, not just for the "edibles" garden area, but I'd tuck those amongst my perennials and flower borders too. And couldn't you just listen to her speak all day, love love love the Irish accent. Thanks for sharing "Spuds and Roses", I will check out your YT channel now 👍😊

Ohh, and so very true about mental health. Even if I just go outside to mow the grass. Just being outside soaking up some vitamin D, while enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature just calms the soul ❤. Unless of course it's 104 degrees in the shade with 100 percent humidity..... eeeee, then not so much lol.

Beautiful garden. I subbed to her channel. I also have loved John Lord’s Secret Garden for years. He owns a plant nursery outside of Dublin. Many of my ancestors are from Ireland and visiting there is on my bucket list, but as I grow older, I am cognizant that the odds of getting there are low so I appreciate getting to visit via You Tube.
