Instead of beating yourself up because you put an ic on the wrong way give yourself a pat on the back for noticing. When I was a chef my greatest mentor told me to accept I will make mistakes, but it’s how you react to those mistakes that matters. You didn’t try to reseat the same chip and hope to get away with it, you started again at the beginning. That makes me think if I lived in America I would bring my repairs to you, a man of integrity.

Hi ,please shoe us how you re-ball the chip, including the size of balls and how small they are compared to something that we all can see that is always a standard size on most boards.I think people would really like to see how hard it is when attempting to re-solder a chip like those.also show us the way ball locating masks are used if you could. I for 1 am always fascinated by the TALENT it takes to do something like that. I've been watching more and more of your videos, great work explaining the process.

the best tweezers are the ones that have a spring to keep them open. Also having locking needlenose forceps can help. Might buy some of that flux, I'm using the MG Chemicals no-clean flux and it is impossible to squeeze out without heating the tube with a heatgun first. If you try squeezing it out cold, it just pushes past the plunger and makes a big mess
