I am from Central Europe. Our women are still faced with insinuations such as that a woman is not suitable for the field of surgery. The main reason, in my opinion, is the fact that men are in other fields - especially computer science, where everyone asks themselves why there are no women there, campaigns are created on the Internet - more women into IT. I saw a video of a female programmer who refused to be another economist - this field used to be considered suitable for women. It is always easier for a man to occupy a managerial chair, to program, than to study medicine for six years, learn 14 hours a day, then ten years of certification, services. He has the green light in IT!!! Salary guaranteed, time off outside working hours too!
