@@noorm9275 thank you!! I think it really depends on the room. I tried lofting my bed but they couldn’t do it (not sure if the ceilings were too low in my room), but I was able to get a refund. My roommate got her bed lofted but they only lofted it a couple inches so it really depends. My friends that also lived in jones were able to get their beds lofted so it really depends.
