Gtreat looking angine. However, it looks like the exhaust valve is opening right after the intake closes, thus letting the brand-new, unburnt load of gas-air mixture out. First I thought you're running it backwards, but the piston is moving downwards when the intake is taking in and up when the exhaust exhausts. The compression and power strokes should be between those two, rather than afterwards.
