Ne kadar doğru tespitler.. Bunca geçtiği halde ben de hatırlamaya çalıştım gerçekten bir çoğu hala kulağımda.. Oraya geleceklere şimdiden bu bilgiyi vermeniz müthiş.. Yararlı bir video 👍 teşekkürler. Türkçe çok söz var ama abd’de bir şey dikkatimi çekmişti seneler evvel. Bankada karşılaştığım bir an aklıma kazındı ama çok örneği var. Bir şeyi yanlış yapınca “gidin bunu düzeltin geri gelin” yerine işinizi yapıp “bir dahaki sefere şöyle yapın” yaklaşımı çok hoşuma gitmişti. Next time…😀
