MBA does not have any special charm in Norway. There is only one university that offers MBA. Accounting related subjects are taught in Norwegian so you are not eligible for that.

I am not sure about it but I would guess you will need 16 years of education. Nepal ko padhai le napugne bhayera 16 years requirement rakheko haina Norway ko education system anusar 13 pachi matra bachelor suru huncha tesaile ho.. However, you can write email to Norwegian Universities about your situation and see what they say.
