For UK: If salary is below 50k -20% tax If salary is above 50k -40% tax so if my salary is slightly below 50k - will get 40k in hand. And if my salary is slightly above 50k- will get 30k in hand. So my question is why anyone would like to get salary more than 50k if he will have to pay 20% more.

40% tax in the salary above 50k. For example, if your salary is 57k. Now, You’ll pay 20% tax on 50k and 40% tax on remaining 7k(Above 50k).

Namaste Bhaiya, Main wait kar rhi thi ki aap kab nayi video upload kare aur main comment karu. 4-5 din pehele main tiny house ki videos dekh rhi thi tab mujhe aapke home tour waali video ki recommendation aayi. Wo meri first video thi aapke channel ki. Us video me aapke bolne ke andaaz se mujhe laga ki kahin aap himachali to nhi? Isliye maine poori video dekhi, fir maine aapki ek video dekhi jisme aapne apne baare me bataya hai, tab mujhe confirm ho gya. Uske baad se aaj tak main atleast 14-15 videos dekh chuki hu aur saari videos bahot achi hai. Aap bolte ho na ki jab koi Norway aayega to aap unhe Chai pilayenge.
