@@pilotkarlo1564 Interesting how different airlines work. My first job after leaving the army was as a performance engineer for a large British airline. I think it would be frowned upon under their ops manual. As I am unfamiliar with this field, I looked at other approach vids. Lufthansa and Ryanair visual approaches all cross at the usual 50 ft

Zadar airport is basically a second home for red arrows, a southern base of sort, as they fly and train there every year, there is also our airforce aerobatocs group based, and airfoce canadairs and air tarctors, and some training units. It's a good airport for a coastal one regarding the strong winter bura wind sloping down from the mountains.
