I am a fellow facial plastic surgeon in NYC, and I can tell you that those results are achievable with the proper patient selection and technique. @billysue2 You need to emphasize that all pictures are real and not photoshoped and in fact the patient is shown in a video postoperatively on dr rizk's site and attests to this dramatic change in his nose achievable onlay with large multiple medpor implants for major projection and major nostril reduction. Patient's tip was also rebuilt significantly with customized medpor implants. Dr. Rizk expects this type of criticism and has shown this patient in a live untouched video. Please see video.

The bridge of my nose and the tip are wide, and I have often thought about surgery. When you narrow the bridge of the nose, does that involve any surgery/reduction on the turbinates? I have heard of ENS and would be terrified of developing it.

A few of these I think look better before. 2 of the pictures look like they had a devashion fixed and it might have had nothing to do with looks. I'm having septoplasty to fix a problem so I can breath. Nothing to do with looks. So don't judge so much sometimes there are real medical reasons for this surgery.
