Thank you for this version. I lost my grandfather last year, a truly proud Welshman who loved this hymn and taught me to sing. This year I defended my Ph.D. and included lyrics from Mor Fawr Wyt Ti in the acknowledgments section of my thesis. After completing my degree I came back and listened to this beautiful recording and thought of him. Thank you for a truly profound rendition.

The choir toured America in about 1979-ish and I took an American lady to hear them. Before the performance I chatted to a couple of the choir who must have been in their seventies As we walked away my US girlfriend said to me "Welsh really is a different language isn't it." We had been speaking English !! That North Wales Blaenau Ffestiniog accent gets them every time. Marvelous choir and it took me back to my long ago youth in Wales.
