We are going to rehearse with the band this song next month for a contest in Feb. The clarinet part sounds so good I can't wait to hear it in person. I play violin so I'm not rlly exposed to a lot of band solos, so this will be something new. Can't wait :)

No, but Rossano is indeed a film and television composer, so his other pieces do sound very thematic! I saw him at district band, where he conducted some of his pieces along with others to vary the program!

This piece is written for orchestra, and baritones never got a place in the orchestra. Same with saxophones.
