John McCain wasn't an asshole. Granted I supported Obama, but McCain was a patriot who served his country (both in the military and government) and was a respectable family man. I was pretty upset when McCain died.

Fangirl-Mode - Eternia is not an other dimension, it is the first planet in the universe in right in it´s center. + Skeletor survived this fall, possible we got a remake from this. Back in 2010 there was written a script but..meh cancelled. And also with some new comics from 2016, He-man and Eternia is now canon in the Marvel and DC Universe, he kills Super-Man in it.. (or did he?!") The reboot series of She-Ra on netflix is to be fair pretty gay and not very subtle about it, it´s kinda cute 😁

He-Man has always been part of the DC universe. There was a crossover comic in the 1980s too.

@Aaron Page: Nope, Marlena's backstory was not retconned in the movie. We don't see the King, Queen, or Orko because they are all in hiding from Skeletor's forces. There's a comic book adaptation so the story is canonical to more than one medium. There was even a deleted scene in the movie which revealed that all the human on Eternias are descended from astronauts from Earth, who time travelled to prehistoric Eternia. This explained why the inhabitants of this planet speak English.

Dude, you are not alone... I love this goofy movie, I even own the widescreen edition... True oh, it's not much like its source material but it's still a hell of a lot of fun and I make no apologies for liking it...😊
