@Marlow Sumlin Nickelodeon Play Date, I don't have an opinion on. I'd say that Nick Jr and Noggin in 2008 was pretty decent. That was Noggin's last full year before they shifted over to Nick Jr in 2009.

I would love to, but I personally don't have recordings from Nick Jr or Noggin. All those shows you listed there were part of my childhood. Everything you listed, I consider those shows to be good childhood shows. I'm not too big on Dora nowadays, but I'd say that the older seasons were much better than the newer seasons. EDIT: Read through your comment again and I noticed that you mentioned Jack's Big Music Show. Never watched that one, so I don't have anything to say about this show.

@jame8881 jame8881 This was something that he recorded, and then he transferred the VHS footage to digital to be uploaded online. He actually does have a Treehouse recording from Christmas 2005, though, he told me that he's not uploading it because there's not many promos or commercials, just Barbie movies.

Apparently, it's classified as a film when I search it up on Google. It was probably a special that aired on TV, rather than just a DVD release.
