The Proud Family: Papi Boulevardez Moments Season 2

Caesar Boulevardez (better known as Papi) is Felix Boulevardez's father, Sunset's father-in-law,and LaCienega's abuelo. Due to being close to the same age, he is also the target of Suga Mama's love interest, something he seems ambiguous about returning. Although he is in her constant company, his comments in Spanish indicates he finds her wearisome, and his actions shows a willingness to accept the attention of other older ladies.

LaCienega - during the “kids swap families for a week” episode the Gross Sister’s stayed with LaCienega’s family and when they showed up to jack the kids’ money Nubia first asked in Spanish and LaCienega translated what she said with Nubia then confirming Papi taught them (I’m unsure if she’s ever heard him insult Sugar Mama but I know she understands him) Sunset - she translated what he said in the camping episode, but since she isn’t on-screen nearly as much as her husband or daughter I don’t think she’s ever heard him roast Sugar Mama and I think because of her friendship with Trudy she would be mad 😂😂😂

Then there’s Sunset and LaCienega, both of whom we *know* understand him (the former from the camping episode and the latter from the “student exchange” episode) but 99 times out of 100 neither are there when he insults Sugar Mama. LaCienega may not say anything cos she loves her papi, but I’m certain if Sunset heard him insulting Sugar Mama (who we know she is at least on friendly terms with via Trudy) she’d get mad.
