Despite being a birdwatcher and a volunteer for our national ornithological society, I have never heard a magpie's voice on a cold, crisp morning like in your video. And I was just watching and enjoying it until suddenly that random magpie gawk reminded me of 1) Stockholm as at unexpected global capital of magpies, and 2) me always ranting about it :D Greetings from across the Baltic sea!

So happy the YT algorithm suggested your channel. We went to Stockholm in the summer for the first time. As a Canadian living in the UK Stockholm had everything I've missed from my Canadian city- island, large body of water, efficient subway...but much much more. Ironically when we took the Arla train from Stockholm central to the airport (a sad day😢) I noted Sollentuna on my list of places that were lovely and should visit. How bizarre your first video is of that very place! Subscribed!

Beautiful walk Daniel, the calming lighting reflecting off the snow made this so relaxing to watch. The past few years have been up and down for me, lost my mother in 2023, visited Stockholm shortly after this and now close to finishing a degree this year. As you say, you just have to be resilient and keep going. As always, I look forward to watching more wonderful Stockholm walking adventures with you and special guests! 💙💛
