Can't believe I've been driving by this spot for over a year on my way to work and hadn't found it. I found it just yesterday and um.....Crazy Delicious !! I picked up a hot veal & meatball, expecting to bring the meatball at least home for my boys to try.....newp, both gone at lunch, sorry boys lol. Absolutely the best veal & meatball sandwich I've had. New customer for life. I also met Dina who brought the sandwiches out to the truck, excellent spot ladies, keep up the fantastic work. I will see you soon.

Just found your KZbin channel - I lived in T.O. for 9 years and California was my go to Veal sandwich.....back in London now, so once things flatten out, pandemic wise, I'll have to check out this place.

califorania sandwiches veal is a ripoff they have their cheap grade veal already pre-sliced, delivered by gfs (gordon foodservice) its paper thin if you take off the breading/batter and weigh the actual veal pieces from the sandwich, it came out to 142 grams on my scale bare sandwich with no toppings, with tax i just paid $17 bucks today i can buy veal scallopini at costco for $23 per kilogram
