Not a usual paint drying rack | Adjustable - foldable

In my previous video, I had to quickly make a paint drying rack to save space in my small workshop. This gave me the idea to make a definitive version that takes up little space, is foldable, and is also adjustable.

I do a bunch of signs so I'd use this paint rack to hold the 1,232 paint cans I have in my shop. Awesome rack! I've never seen that type of system with the bolt on the back that is held in place, really creative!

I have not had an opportunity to have that many pieces to dry at once. Cool design! I was thinking of a different design at first...where ....think of 2 spirals (like those hanging wind operated spinning wood ornaments on opposite sides) and the helical DNA pieces of wood could all be pivoted flat and the legs that hold the base could also be flat... One would swing forward and the other would swing back. So that they would form an N or Z on the base.... Maybe even adding a support brace to keep that N from turning into an L tipping over .... I can picture it... (Not falling over!) But the fix to keep it from falling over.... I can picture the swiveling pieces of wood pieces would be adjustable for width skinny on one side and wide on the opposite side.... All it would just be some rod (or strong dowel) and a washer between each piece of wood with the dowel or rod running through the center of each side of the DNA coil of wood.....not nearly as fancy as yours..but maybe slightly easier to construct. The whole thing could just fold flat and be tucked against a wall or whatever. Love your editing! I am somewhat creative...but mostly in my head. Making mountains out of molehills mostly. Haha! As far as a use for this or other drying racks..... IF I ever have the wife committee approval for kitchen cabinet door resurfacing or painting or whatever...this would work well. My daughter also has done some paintings on canvas. This would also go well to keep those stored safely while they dried. 😇😎
