[𝐅𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝/𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝] Only able to use Just Dance Unlimited on your primary Switch. If you own multiple Nintendo switch systems then the primary system (The system you signed into first/ system the account was originally on.) If your primary switch were to be broken or sold and you got a new one, call Nintendo and tell them to switch your current switch as the primary. The problem then should be fixed.
If you still have your primary Switch with you and you'd rather want your other Switch to be set as primary, go to Nintendo eShop on your primary Switch, access account settings. Scroll down until you see the option deactivate Switch. Once you do that. Go on your other Switch and launch eShop. That will then be the primary console.
If you don't own more than one switch and still have an issue, its probably because you own another system like a Wii U thats linked to your Ubisoft account NOT nintendo account. You would have to go to the Ubisoft website and customer support and tell them what system you WANT as primary to play Just Dance Unlimited. Hope this helped. Enjoy the game!

HOW TO FIX THIS: *nintendo switch* Make sure that you are using your primary device/have your device set as primary device in your settings!! Then reopen the just dance app with your Ubisoft account linked to your Nintendo account. I spent an hour trying it on my brothers switch but my primary device is a switch lite. Transferred the game card to my switch lite and got the unlimited account activated then went back to using the game on my brother’s switch and it was still properly activated. If you have the game digitally downloaded ensure that your device is the primary switch on your account. That may help from the beginning. Good luck!

I have to thank you so much. I have the same problem as yours , my primary device is a switch lite, when I transferee the card to Lite, it was automatic unlocked. But when I used my switch again, it doesn’t, work. Maybe I have to contact CS of Nintendo instead of Ubisoft.

I had this issue too, I bought a month worth of unlimited. Then went into the game to check, and it told me to create account which never worked cause it gave me an error. In other words I spend money on something that wasnt even working, i just created a ubisoft account on my phone and then it gave me my 1 month free and now my month i paid, but this definitely helped me figure that out lol thanks!

There is also another way.... Log in online with the Nintendo account linked to the old switch/Nintendo console. Go to system and choose deactivate in the primary console section. Then load up the new console with the primary user, go to settings and set the new console as primary. Everything will work then as normal

I still had 86 days of Unlimited since I just renewed mine a few days ago on my 2018 version. I tried to get it to transfer on the 2019 version and it kept saying that I could have a 30 day free trial if I made a Ubisoft account. I had some trouble with that first but doing it on my phone made me realize that it wasn't working on my 2019 (or my 2018 since it was the only game working fine with Unlimited) because apparently my username that it automatically let me use from my Nintendo account wasn't available, so I just changed that up on my 2018 and when I put my 2019 in it registered that I had a Ubisoft account. Checking my subscriptions like in the video showed that my original 90 day was bumped up a month, so I'm guessing it'll just continue after that? I won't know until next month (7/15/2020). EDIT: Okay, so it still works. Got on it on the 17th and it didn't say anything about the subscription ending.

It might not be working cuz of ur account. When u make a ubisoft account it links to ur nintendo account so if that account is attached too 2 cosoles your probally on the second console and not the primary of however many r linked.

I had a switch before until it broke and i was having trouble with just dance 2020 unlimited. I went to google to log in into nintendo account that im currently using and it was the same one as my old switch that broke. In the Nintendo account I went to shop menu and deregistered primary console. And From there it said that the next time i go into the nintendo eshop my switch would be put into the primary console. So I got my switched and logged in to the nintendo eshop and it worked:). I was able to play unlimited just dance2020. I hope this helps you out too.

He probably meant that your Just Dance Unlimited membership lasts for a month. If you want to extend your membership, you'll have to purchase the membership again.
